As our Sr. Performance Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in driving our digital advertising efforts to new heights. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will spearhead our performance marketing initiatives across various channels, with a primary focus on paid social while also managing display, video, and new PPC tests. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns to deliver outstanding results. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid social, display, video, and PPC channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize ad creatives, and refine targeting strategies.

Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to refine targeting, messaging, and creative assets.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams including Sr. Manager of  Media Strategy, brand and creative, product marketing, PR, SEM, SEO, and email marketing, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing campaigns.

Budget Management:

  • Manage paid social and new channel test budgets effectively, optimizing spend allocation to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Monitor and reconcile campaign expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgetary guidelines.

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid social advertising.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Display, Video, Native ads, and PPC.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel.
  • Experience optimizing advanced tracking and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for innovation and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000. The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
