The Director of eCommerce & Marketing Strategy for LifeMart is responsible for merchandising the LifeMart product offering and optimizing the user experience to positively impact KPIs. This includes the ability to measure performance, gather insights, and make strategy recommendations in multiple areas including: member acquisition/retention, site engagement, email marketing, and merchant performance. The Director of eCommerce & Marketing Strategy will work with product, marketing and creative resources and coordinate all user experience testing and enhancements. The director will set the performance objectives and measurement criteria, and track results. Candidate is expected to possess a fundamental understanding of ecommerce, product/service merchandising, usability design and testing.
